Shipping and Returns
Shipping
We try to ship all our orders as quickly as posible, but please allow up to 24 hours for shipment of your order excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. Orders made before 11:00 AM Pacific will be shipped that same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM Pacific will be shipped the next business day. This includes orders that request express delivery.
At this time US orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground with a tracking number.
Shipping to APO, FPO and DPO addresses is also available. There is no sales tax on miliatary mail orders.
NOTE: At this time we are only taking international orders for Canada. If you are outside of the United States and Canada please use the Contact Us page to inquire about other options.
International orders will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) without a tracking number. Additional customs fees, duties and taxes may be assessed by your local government at the time of delivery.

Returns
No returns will be excepted without an RMA from Silicon Valley Global Customer Service. If you have any issue with your Tunebug product contact Silicon Valley Global Customer Service and they will assist you. We will only provide RMAs for order fulfillment errors, defective items and in-warrantee service.
Order Cancellations
All orders may be cancelled in writing via email, or Fax up until the date of shipping.
Refunds
Upon cancellation, full refunds will be granted within 30 days of purchase date.
Shipping Claims
Shipping Claims due to damaged, stolen or interrupted shipments must be made to Silicon Valley Global Customer Service within 21 days of your specific order ship date.
